William H. Dewayne is a proud, borderline otaku living in Alabama. His hobbies include reading anything from Stephen King’s The Stand to Natsuki Takaya’s Fruits Basket, laughing at jokes only he finds funny, not remembering what he’s supposed to do, and sitting for hours in front of a laptop hoping to finish that next chapter.
Book description
Felix’s journey is far from over. Armed with nothing but a staff, he battles monsters so that he can one day reclaim his memory. One granted wish is all it will take, but it’s still far out of reach. If the monsters weren’t bad enough, rising tensions bring his teammates close to tearing each other apart. Can they pull it together and battle their way through Raka, or will some beast gobble them up as they fight amongst themselves? Does Felix have the strength to see his journey to the end?

Design needs
Felix has his back to the audience. His skin is tan, giving a Hispanic look. He has thick, messy, brown hair, which doesn’t go past his ears. He’s holding his staff with both hands, ready to strike. The staff is as long as he is tall. It is made of a coiling white and brown wood. A single piece of silver metallic armor covers his chest, along with metal greaves to cover his arms and legs. Felix crouches on torn up earth. A faint golden glow covers his body. There are mountains in the distance. The sky is cloudy, but there’s plenty of light peeking through. Between himself and the mountains is a huge Golem. It is far bigger than him. The Golem is made of dirt, dead weeds, and tiny white skeletons of dead animals. Its face is made out of skeletons and is on its torso. It has a wicked smile. One hand is reaching to grab him while the other is rearing back in a tight fist. They are battling on a plain and the earthy ground is torn apart in the monster's wake.
