I am a Corrective exercise specialist focusing on healthy movement & bio-mechanics to recover from & prevent injury. This book is called 'The Low Back Repair Manual; 5 Lessons for Finally Taking Control or your Low Back Pain' and offers a fresh look at the underlying muscular causes of low back pain. It explains how to gain more strength and stability for minimizing that pain and helps people lose the fear of the effects of low back pain. This book hopes to give confidence and strength to people dealing with nagging, uncontrolled low back pain. The 5 lessons cover spine and core anatomy, how to use key muscles to support your low back while you work and play and also techniques and exercises to keep your back strong & balanced for the long-term.
What's your vision?
thinking of illustration of gender neutral person bent over from low back pain. Then illustrate, in some way, that person straightening up and feeling stronger. The key here is going from bent in pain to upright with less pain. Immobile to mobile. Non-functioning to functioning. I want to show some sense of muscle and bone working maybe in the torso of the image. My name "Craig Pearlberg" Book Title "The Low Back Repair Manual; 5 Lessons for Finally Taking Control of Your Low Back Pain"
I want to communicate trust and knowledge. Want it to appeal to both generally healthy and not healthy people. The attached picture of man in pain should not be used for the cover but is meant to give an idea of what the "in pain" image can look like. The attached muscle illustrations are exactly what will be used in the book. The attached logo is not for the cover but shows my main font - Ameretto Wide Normal (not insisting on this for the cover but I like that font) - and the green I use for other materials (also not insisting to use the green on the cover) - H = 69 S = 56 B = 44 C=60 M=40 Y=100 K=20 R=1-4 G=114 B=50
