Resilience: Pain to Empowerment. 5 Steps To Calm Mindful Control In The Face Of Catastrophe, Crisis Or Trauma
will fill in later
This is a testament to the strength and resilience anyone can muster. This book will show you how to persevere though change, upheaval, to deal with fear and come out on the other side of trauma or catastrophe- thriving a result.
Most likely overwhelmed concerned mothers/caregivers in their 30's, 40's. Also, parents, teachers, aging baby boomers- even teens and young adults.- because fear and uncertainty is real for most of us.
Symbols of resilience could work. Open to ideas. Should not be too low key as to appear sad. Uplifting, strong image. Heck a Christmas Tree lit in distance in winter- not sure that gets point across....maybe a walk through woodland with light at the end? Sun- shining forth forever....idk. Nothing moody or dark. Happy, strong, settled. Cool even retro could be good? Clean lines. open to ideas.
What to avoid
Avoid confusing images, nothing dark. No dramatic type. Classic, cool.
