A former football player and fitness trainer tried yoga on a whim and fell in love with it. He has been teaching yoga in New York City and online for almost twenty years.
Yoga For The Western Body is a yoga primer for those who are new to yoga or have never tried yoga.
Adult westerners (especially Americans) who are curious about yoga but may be turned off by some of the dogma surrounding yoga.

The book is aimed at toddlers of all ages and genders
Teenagers aged 13-19. No specific genders. Parents will mainly be the ones searching for this book and buying it to help
Target audience is women between 25-45
