Lizaa was terrific to work with. Once I selected her as the winner of my contest, she continued to work diligently on my design until I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend working with her, either on a contest or working with her individually.
Great cover - artful and sophisticated. Adressed all issues with professionalism and speed. Thanks a lot.

The cover should have a timeless apartment building theme. Nothing garish. No dollar signs or money images. Monopoly might be a good idea, but I'd love to see some creativity in what the apartment building/s on the cover might look like.
We want the cover to look professional, smooth, sleek and business like. We don't want it to be too busy looking but we also want it to stand out when placed on a table.
The Spine should have the title and author name. Leave space for ISBN#.
It should be for physical print copy and digital.
