For the Love of Hair
Tracy Bitternose is an award-winning hair stylist and professional hair educator who has enjoyed her career of nearly 30 years. She has helped thousands of clients to feel better, heal their hearts, and open infinite possibilities for them.
Memoir of my time as a hairdresser for the past 30 years and all the trials and tribulations of my career and the life I lived around it. It will make you laugh. It will make you cry. It's heart-warming, funny, dramatic at times and real. It encompasses my passion and love for my career and how it saved me many times over.
Women in the beauty industry: hairstylists, aestheticians, etc.
Book cover type
I have provided some stock photos, however please use discretion and creativity to make it beautiful. Not committed to any one photo, if you have something you like please feel free to show me. Cover should look clean not cluttered. Classy and fun works for me. And since the book is about the beauty industry - make it gorgeous. I also have uploaded a picture of me looking downward as a possible option for the cover. I like the photo but am unsure whether or not it is of print quality. If it is please give me some options with it. If not, don't bother.
What to avoid
No Scissors, No cartoon images....I don't want it to look like a traditional hairdressing book.
It all began with a design brief.

99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
