New book or magazine cover wanted for Spine & Sports Medicine of New York

We are a doctors office in New York City that treats spine and sports injuries and are targeting an audience in the 30-60 year-old age group who need to get back to their high intensity lifestyle

We see a large number of patients with lower back pain and we never have enough time to communicate all the information and answer all the questions that our patients may have, which can often make a huge difference in their improvement. We have written a ~50 page ebook for them to use entitled, "The doctor's secrets to cure your back pain." The subtitle is, "How to avoid surgery and other things that doctors don’t have time to tell you". The author will be Andre Panagos M.D.. We plan on providing these books in our office and also selling them online. We are looking for a visually engaging ebook cover, that should draw the observer in and we want them to pick up the book and/or purchase it. There are many covers that have a body bent slightly forward with their hand on the back that is highlighted (including a book that I wrote), so we would like to stay away from that look.
