About us

This is an autobiography. Jason spent two years in prison and one year on work release. He is a three-time felon. He is a former drug dealer, "gang-banger," and he was a leader of a notorious street gang. The book is about how he came from that life to become a scholar, professor, and a leader.

What's your vision?

This book will be 6 x 9. I aim to produce a cover that illustrates the journey from bottom to top. I would hope to show an image of a indistinctive black man walking down a dark street with a bag and passing by drug dealers, cops, homeless people, etc. and into the bright halls of a university. Bold colors with maybe some gray areas. This is a general idea but designers are free to be creative in all areas.

This book retraces in detail the days before, during and after each crime, the police investigations that followed. It also touches upon the trials as none of these cases is unsolved.
