Write Book on real estate, fishing, and ???

I am looking for an attractive cover for my book on buying, financing, and living on country property. The book includes some legal pitfalls to beware of, negotiation techniques, and basically answers the many questions that I have run across in my 30 year career of selling country property and includes a section with helpful hints on living in the country such as dog etiquette, sharing roads, about wells and septic systems, and more. I must have a place for the "bar code", and I have some text for the back cover that may need to be edited to fit better, which I do not mind doing. I also have a picture of myself and a blurb about me for it as well. The book is written in a very relaxed and non-technical style, includes some humor and I would like the cover to follow suit, but I am not sure that some comical cover would be appropriate unless it was in good taste or was subtle. I have no clue of what I am looking for really and look forward to ideas all across the spectrum. I will include the picture of myself and it may have to be enhanced. THE NAME OF THE BOOK is "The Country Property Buyer's Guide"    SUBTITLE:  "A complete guide for buying, financing, developing and living on rural land"
