Book and eBook cover for a real estate investment book

A real estate services company in Czech Republic focused on investment property. We help investors buy, manage and sell their rental property.

I am looking for a book cover to be designed for a book devoted on real estate investment in Czech Republic. The title of the book is: Czech Point: Keys to a Lucrative Property Investment The sub-title is: How to Buy, Manage and Sell Rental Real Estate in Czech Republic The book size is going to be Royal (234 mm x 156 mm). I would also like the design to be adaptable an eBook version.

On the front cover we would like to use pictures of Prague. The most recognizable parts of Prague are the towers on the main town square (see design #5), Prague Charles bridge or Prague castle.  We have also uploaded three example book covers from our genre of book that we like.  Traditional Czech real estate is known for it's red roofs as in the attached photo. This could be good to incorporate. On the back cover there will be a brief blurb about the book as well as some reader comments which I do not have yet but the space should be there for these to be added. The design elements which I look for are: 1. Simple, big (font 60 pt +) and bright 2. Arresting - makes the browser stop on Amazon to take a closer look 3. Logical - is fitting of a investment book The attached pictures can be used or any photos from Prague.
