This is a book on intermittent fasting for women over 50. The cover should have a picture of a fit women, mature, confident, well put together. The colors should be happy, content calm, fresh. Font should be easy to read and draw attention to "Intermittent", "Fasting", and "50". There should also be a highlighted section of the cover saying something like, "75+ recipes and a 21 day meal plan included." or "Includes 75+ Recipes and a 21 day meal plan." Above all, the design should fit in with the best sellers in the niche and still stand out.
