We need a skin for a new design the initial design will be 336 by 280 pixels but we would like the design to be provided in pieces so we can make different size games

- Image size should be 336 wide by 280 pixels high
- Image should have a start and stop button
- Image should display a telephone keypad for data entry
- Image should have a enter and back button
- Ability to remove the keypad to display results or login information
