Re-design Sales Brochure

Looking for a new design for our sales brochure.

Our clients are luxury home real estate agents, so the design needs to have a luxurious look and feel -- as people buying and selling million dollar and up homes are the clients of our clients.

- The name of the company is Platinum Sales Systems and we want the name and copyright info to be visible on every page -- probably bottom, but I'm open to other ideas
- We really like the big faded P in the background.  We've worked it into our brand, so need to try and incorporate that into the new design, if possible -- but not absolutely necessary.
- We also use the phrase "You Deserve Platinum" so would be nice if that could be worked into the design
- Our flagship product is the Platinum Marketing System.  We really want to spotlight this product.  
- We also have a new product called the Platinum Club, which is a monthly membership that discounts the price of the Platinum Homesite and includes the Online Seller presentation. see links in description section for more info

- no cartoonish design
- nothing offensive
