Re-create existing BANNER for real estate auction site

I need a talented designer to redesign an existing banner for my real estate auction site.

Cool, Hip, and Clean.

GoCityAuctions is an online auction website that connects property managers and tenants in the residential rental marketplace.

The new banner should follow the same "concept" as the existing banner. The style should match the site and the existing logo.

Requirements: Cool, Hip, Sleek, and most of all CLEAN. Maybe Web 2.0 if appropriate. MUST NOT LOOK CLUTTERED. There is enough info on the page, so the banner cannot make the page look anymore crowded.

 

 

Size: The banner should be approximately the same size as the current banner.  The height can be adjusted to make it less cluttered if needed, but the width is fixed.
