Looking for a top header banner (not a banner ad but this seemed like the best category to post the contest in). The winner will be invited to quote for some more graphics for the site shortly afterwards including buttons and general site imagery.

Tagline: Yes, but text not confirmed yet - please see project brief Desired Color Scheme: No preference yet Desired Style: Please see project brief Accepted File Formats: JPEG About the site: The site is called 'Dating the World' (URL www.datingtheworld.com) and is a light-hearted magazine style website aimed at men, and provides articles and tips for guys who wish to date girls from around the world. Lots of nationalities are there such as French, Italian, Japanese, American, Chinese, British etc. There is *no* adult content on the site. It is a fun mainstream dating portal site and features reviews of actual dating websites as well as general info such as global culture guides, recipes and dos and don'ts relating to dating people of various nationalities. Project brief: - Header/banner dimensions: 860 x 129 pixels - Site URL DatingtheWorld.com to be featured prominently. I'm not sure if I want the .com there or not so I'd like to see options such as: DatingtheWorld.com, Dating the World, DatingtheWorld etc. - The site is mainly targeted at men so an emphasis on women in the photo is probably a good idea. Because the site is international by nature, photos of women of different nationalities would be good. (As stated before, it's not an adult site so the pics should be tasteful and possibly a bit sexy but not too racy!) - Maybe also some imagery (e.g pic of the world, or famous landmarks) to emphasise the global theme would be good to try as well; just an idea and not a requirement. - No preference on colour schemes at this stage. - A tagline should be included but the text is only draft at this stage so as a place holder please put in filler text of five or six words such as 'Your global guide to international dating' or if you prefer please suggest something better :-) I will try to give as much constructive feedback as possible, and as quickly as I can.
