What's your vision?
I'd like a Facebook ad that links directly to my book on Amazon. So the book cover, which I adore, should probably be in it(?) But I'm open to not including it. I like a retro look but I'm open to whatever. Below are options for the copy. I'm open to purchasing more than one ad for this contest if I have good entries for ads with different copy. That would allow me to run an A/B test on Facebook to see which one works better: "Write a fresh, modern obituary minus the harps and angels. (Sorry, God.) [or (Sorry, Father.) if you use the nun image]" — or pick your own image. I'll pay for any stock images you need. Or here's an alternative: "An obituary shouldn't put you to sleep." (See attached drool and counting sheep images. They don't necessarily need to be used together. Feel free to run with one or the other. Also see the "tired man" image.) Another option: "Not your grandfather's obituary" (see vintage-y images of man whispering and man on the train). And one last idea: "Who Says an Obituary Has to Be Deadly Dull?"
I'm open to paying for a stock image if you need to use one in the ad. I've already purchased those below. See below for the book cover. The font used on the cover is Josefin Sans. The jgold is #ffcc66, and the pink is #ffcccc.
