Updates to the brief:
1. Please note clearly that we're looking for 3 separate Facebook ads, as per 'Description'. Also note we have a new picture for SOAR Kids & Teens if you choose to use it. You can use any pix from our site http://www.crossfitsoar.com or our Facebook account https://www.facebook.com/pages/Crossfit-SOAR-Beyond-Your-Limits/167488993286805?ref=br_tf. For MetCon Mania Boot Camp, note that it's virtually 100% female (think 'soccer moms'), and very little usage of weights (more bodyweight exercises). More on Boot Camp in 4. Overall, we definitely want to show fit people in action, but for we also want to show diversity - different shapes, sizes, skill levels, genders (except Boot Camp), colors, ages, etc.
2. Please put phone number '201.275.0212'. If you have room please make a second version with 'Bordering Glen Rock, off Lincoln Ave and Rt. 208'.
3. We're noticing that anything 'corporate' feeling is a little bit of a turnoff. As such, no need to click for a free session. I know that before we wanted a prominent call to action, but that will now be through the beauty of your design :). Also, let's simplify the value propositions to only two: 'LOOK & FEEL GREAT' and 'All Ages, All Skill Levels'.
4. Would be great to have some kind of logo or stylized font for MetCon Mania Boot Camp. For anyone so inclined, here's a little primer on what MetCon means from our Head Trainer Dave Whitson: 'MetCon stands for metabolic conditioning. Most people call it cardio. Cardio is short cardiovascular exercise which is exercise(or movement) in the aerobic pathway to increase your cardiovascular health. Right now you are in the aerobic pathway as you read this so you are doing cardio if any part of you is moving according to its definition. The other definition of cardio is to increase your heart rate, but that happens when you eat, hold your breath, or get excited/scared. None of which helps your cardiovascular health. In other words, Cardio is a poorly defined term which bothers most exercise scientist or scientist in general. Metabolic conditioning is working to increase the efficiency and strength in all of your metabolic pathways (4 we know of, but there are probably 7 according to the research). Metabolism is the chemical process your body goes through in order to maintain life. Welcome to the mind of Dave.'
