Create the next banner ad for W Realty

I need an eye catching, real estate banner ad campaign! BE CREATIVE. PLEASE READ THIS BRIEF: We have recently partnered with a local television station, FOX 13, to promote and create the content for a new Real Estate Section. www.fox13now.com The overall idea is to create a “campaign” of ads that merge the look and feel of the W Realty Logo and Fox13now.com website and logo. The ads do not have to have the FOX 13 logo, because they will be advertised on the site, but I want the ads to tie in nicely with the site as this is a partnership. All ads will be displayed at the same time on the page so there needs to be some consistency, or fluid. I anticipate these ads will be created as a “template” that will in turn allow me to change out the offers. I need to focus on three areas: 1) $1,300 BUYER CASH REBATE a. The $1,300 ties into the “FOX13” so I would like to focus on the colors and style(s) so that it’s apparent why the rebate is $1,300. b. “LIMITED TIME OFFER” has to be on the ad to help create urgency c. “SEARCH ALL HOMES HERE” has to be on this ad d. W Realty Logo or ATTACHED PHOTO OF ME AND THE CHECK. This could be cool if done right!!! Try using it instead. 2) 1.3% HOME LISTING DEAL a. Again, the 1.3% percent home listing package should play into the FOX13 look and feel. b. “LIMITED TIME OFFER” to create urgency c. “SEARCH ALL HOMES HERE” 3) FREE REAL ESTATE WEBINAR a. Real Estate 101 for Buyers & Sellers b. Register Here c. W Realty Logo All of these ads need to flow with each other and with the site. They will always be up at the same time and I want the page to look uniformed. I will eventually need a full suite of sizes: 300x250, 780x90, 160x600, 250x250, 200x200, 468x60, 336x280, 120x600 and 480x70. FOR NOW, I JUST NEED 300x250, 780x90, 160x600. I will hire the winner to complete the other ads. You do not have to use the photo of me holding the check. Only if you feel you can make it work.
