Need Banner design for Fantasy Football software

Our product is fantasy football management software. The web site is commishfantasyfootball.com. Please do not use the logo of the site, I like it for the site, but not for the banner.
The banner should be fun and inviting.
Our clients are 90% male, between the ages of 20 - 45.
You can produce an example in 468X60, but the final product should contain 468x60, 120x240,125x125, and 120x90 sizes.
I would like the files to be PSD format divided in layers.
Do not worry about matching the banner with the website. Our web site will be overhauled next year anyway.
Slight animation is OK, but nothing too flashy.
