New app design wanted for Cooking App

We develop mobile applications for different markets. For this application we are developing a cooking application for men called Real Men Eat Veggies.

I am looking for someone to design a main screen and recipe screen for a cooking application for the iPad. I need it to be done in Photoshop and have access to all of the layers for minor editing. The cooking application is called Real Men Eat Veggies and is marketed towards men who want to learn how to cook. Looking for creative and fresh ideas on how to display a standard recipe. There are a list of requirements of what's need in the recipe view (like recipe image, ingredients, etc) but the design is pretty open on how that can look. This cooking application is really geared towards men who need or want to learn how to cook. Probably men from college age and up.
