SuperMe
Design, manufacture and sell premium childrens backpacks and messenger bags, primarily for 4-8 yr olds. Bags have a clean modern design, inspired by retro book-bags,are manufactured from EVA, a neoprene-like material.
SuperMe celebrates the the superhero in each child, embracing the uniqueness of each child, rather than promoting a commercial superhero ideal.
Fashion
We need a cartoon boy & girl playing superhero to use on our homepage of our e-commerce site in conjunction with our logo to reinforce brand positioning. Images should show a boy & girl playing superhero, wearing a superhero cape , mask, belt and possibly our backpack or messenger style bags.
We want rough stick-like cartoon drawings, rather than very detailed, life-like characters because the characters need to be abstract enough for different children to relate to. The characters need to appeal to boys and girls. We like the cartooning style used in the Babymouse books but we welcome any other creative interpretations and illustration style.
One of the key aspects of the product are interchangeable shield-shaped patches that attach to the bag via velcro. Consider incorporating the shield shape in the character design, either as face shaped as shield or the body.
